Shipping & Returns


We try to ship all items within 48 hours of purchase.  Your card is not charged until we ship.  If we are out of stock of an item, we will call and/or email you to see if you want to wait until we have it in stock or if you'd prefer to substitute another item.  If you need an item shipped immediately or overnighted - please call us and we will see what we can do. 

For shipping to the continental United States, purchases from $0 - $74.99, are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00.  For all purchases of $75 or more, shipping is FREE. We typically ship US Postal Service or UPS.  Shipping to Alaska is a flat fee of $12.00 At this time, we cannot ship overseas, but please  check back as we are working on it!

For FREE in-store pick up, simple select "In Store Pick-Up" as your shipping method.   We will send you an email and charge your card when your purchase is ready to be picked up, usually within 12-48 hours.  If you need it sooner, please call us as we may be able to have it ready within an hour or two!  

Please note that we try to re-use all of our mailing, shipping boxes and packaging materials, so the box you receive will not be marked with our name.

You must call us at 248-268-2123 to start the return process and receive a Return Authorization Form via email. If we do not answer we are either helping another customer or our store is currently closed.  Please leave a detailed message and we promise to call you back as soon as possible.  Complete the form, attach receipt (simply your email purchase confirmation) and ship the item(s) back to us at:

Our return policy covers 30 days. Except as noted below, we are happy to accept all unopened and unused merchandise with a receipt and Return Authorization Form for a full on-line store credit within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Store credit from an on-line return will be issued in the form of a gift card and can only be used on-line. Call us if you would like an in-store credit instead.  If the product you received is defective or we made a mistake - please call us and we will make sure to fix the problem at no cost to you asap!  

Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, with original hang tags attached, and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels. You MUST also include your receipt with your return. For public health reasons, all perishable items such as food and coffee, and all jewelry and personal care products, such as but not limited to soaps, deodorants, massage oils, body and face scrubs and lotions, are final sale. Clearance items are final sale. Original pieces of art and gift certificates/cards are also final sale.

The cost of original shipping is not refundable unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was our mistake or defective.  

If you are returning for size or color – please make sure to call us to verify sizes/colors available. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style, color or item, you will be charged for shipping your exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. An on-line store credit will be issued and exchanges will be shipped from Our Greentopia once returned item is received. Store credits will be sent via email.

Our Greentopia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Return policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Return policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
